You Have the Power to Impact Our Future, Join With Us to Take Action

Our ESRAG ANZPI chapter has been recently created to:

1. Support the activities of Districts and Clubs in the region with Environmental Sustainability Projects and Activities

2. Help establish collaborative relationships with external stakeholders to create maximum impact aacross a wide range of themes.

We need people like you to fasttrack the impact.

Here’s the plan:

Creating a Network of Rotary Environmental  Champions

We are working on communicating the opportunities and creating the support resources to establish a network of Environmental representatives across the region.

Identifying and supporting scalable projects and activities

We are keen to identify existing aand help support the creation of ‘prototype’ projects and activities that can be replicated initiaally across the region and subsequently globally.

Creating Collaborative Relationships

Rotary is arguably uniquely placed to become the ‘trusted intermediary’ that  brings organizations and individuals to the table for mutual benefit. We aim to support projects both within and outside Rotary to solve some of the pressing Environmental challenges faced.

SGG Rotary Tree Project

Sustainable Global Gardens [SGG] has been promoting tree-planting in East Africa for several years. Most of the trees planted so far have been planted on small-scale farms and have been directly useful to the farmer. Such trees include both fruits [e.g. mango,...
